Chef Franco Aldana, renowned for his blend of creativity and precision, assumes the role of Executive Chef at Feliz. With a rich background spanning prestigious positions globally, including Chef de Cuisine at OANJO Sheraton Mall of the Emirates in Dubai and founder of Tio Frank & CafΓ© Francesco in Peru, Franco showcases adaptability and resilience.
His culinary journey through establishments like SBG Group and Noah Group in the Dominican Republic, as well as Osaka Group and Astrid & Gaston in Peru, where he refined his techniques under the guidance of world-class mentors, contributing to the elevation of global gastronomy. Trained at institutions such as Le Cordon Bleu and Saint Ignatius of Loyola, Franco has cultivated a holistic understanding of the culinary arts, blending technical proficiency with strategic leadership.
Now taking the helm at Feliz, he promises to delight diners with imaginative dishes, inviting them on a journey of passion, creativity, and Peruvian heritage.
